For this very reason Découvertes has put at their customers' disposal an information office, open every day, where customers can ring and talk to our office staff and/or drivers about their needs and requests, suggestions, itineraries and estimates. During our trips the customer can rely on the drivers' availability, kindness and friendliness as well as the professionalism of our guides and holiday reps to spend those travelling hours having fun. Our personnel can speak foreign languages and know the road networks of the most important foreign capitals. Furthermore, all the Découvertes vehicles are equipped with all the modern cons and every comfort so that our customers can travel all over the world safely and in absolute tranquillity.
